Position Overview
The BCBA ACE Provider will support Beyou's efforts to provide continuing education opportunities for behavior analysts.
The ideal candidate will either already hold the appropriate ACE Provider credential or have a minimum of 5 years of BCBA certification experience and be eligible to work with Beyou in pursuing the ACE Provider credential.
The BCBA ACE Provider will collaborate with Beyou's Learning & Development team to review newly developed educational content and provide clinical and professional feedback.
What You'll Do
ACE Provider Support
Serve as a BCBA ACE Provider for Beyou's continuing education initiatives.
Maintain the required qualifications and credentials associated with the ACE Provider role.
If not already credentialed, work with Beyou to support the process of applying for the ACE Provider credential.
Provide guidance regarding continuing education content and quality.
Help ensure educational materials are appropriate for behavior analysts and aligned with professional standards.
Learning & Development Collaboration
Review new content created by Beyou's Learning & Development team.
Provide clinical feedback on educational materials.
Review content for accuracy, relevance, and applicability to ABA practice.
Collaborate with the L&D team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the development of meaningful professional learning experiences for clinicians.
Content Review
The BCBA ACE Provider will dedicate approximately 2 hours per month to reviewing newly created content.
Content review may include:
Reviewing educational materials.
Providing clinical feedback.
Identifying areas requiring clarification or revision.
Ensuring content is relevant to ABA professionals.
Collaborating with the L&D team on revisions.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should meet one of the following requirements:
Already hold the appropriate ACE Provider credential, or
Have at least 5 years of BCBA certification experience and be eligible to work with Beyou toward obtaining the ACE Provider credential.
Additional qualifications include:
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles.
Strong clinical and professional judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on educational content.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the Learning & Development team.
Nice to Have
Existing ACE Provider credential.
Experience developing or reviewing continuing education content.
Experience in clinical education or professional training.
Experience mentoring or training BCBAs, RBTs, or other ABA professionals.
Strong interest in professional development and clinical education.
Experience working with technology-enabled learning platforms.

Compensation & Position Structure
Position: BCBA ACE Provider
Openings: 1
Monthly Compensation: $500/month
Content Review: Approximately 2 hours/month
Content Review Rate: $40/hour
Additional Responsibility: Review new educational content developed by the Beyou Learning & Development team.
Credential Pathway: Candidates with 5+ years of BCBA certification experience may work with Beyou to pursue the ACE Provider credential if they do not already hold it.
